When PolyAnna had just given birth to her kittens, she had to leave her house. A moment that was particularly difficult for the young mother… When Andrea Christian heard about her story, she knew she had to act as soon as possible.
Andrea Christianvoluntarily by St. Francis Society Animal Rescue (UNITED STATES), recently received a call about a litter of kittens in distress. They came from a family that was going through a difficult time and no longer had the means to take care of them.
” Turns out the babies were only 3 weeks old and their mom was very cute “, explain Andrea To lovemeow. The Good Samaritan enjoyed welcoming them into his home and did his best to give them a fresh start.
Andrea was quick to notice that all these cats were carriers of polydactyly: they had extra toes on their paws. Some of them even had 7 on each leg instead of 4 or 5!
A loving family
PolyAnna, mother of the litter, was loving from the start. She was an exemplary mother to all her kittens, as they were affectionately called Dolly Purrton, Dwayne the Rock, Hairy Styles, Leo DeCatrio, Eddy Sheeran And Charlie Purrth – names in tribute to famous personalities!
All these little balls of hair grew day after day and flourished in their foster home. They became more and more active and playful and learned to jump, climb and argue with each other.
The cutest of all these kittens is without a doubt Dwayne The Rockstill clinging to his dear mother. PolyAnna covers him with love, but she doesn’t forget her other babies.

Once they are all old enough to be adopted, the kittens will be sterilized and will begin looking for their final homes. Waiting, Andrea benefit from their presence. PolyAnnashe continues to raise her last litter before seeing all her young fly.
