While France is going through a new episode of heat, the fourth since the start of the summer, customers are deserting restaurants. The owners blame the blow.
The heat returns suffocatingThursday August 11, with the progression of a new heatwave episode. 18 departments are now placed in orange vigilance by Météo France, from the west side of Finistère to Atlantic Pyrenees.
