The Gault & Millau gastronomic guide recommends five restaurants in Nice, and there is a surprise!

Les Agitateurs, Keisuke Matsushima, Flaveur, JAN and the Bar de La Dégustation, all these restaurants in Nice are or have been starred, except the last one. The business is run by Armand Crespo, with Colombian chef Carlos Gomez in the kitchen.
