The health insurance company unveils its road map until 2028

Occupational risk prevention will benefit from a welcome boost. On July 5, the Commission for Accidents at Work and Occupational Diseases (CAT-MP) and the National Health Insurance Fund signed their goals and management agreement (COG) with the state for the current period from 2023 to 2028.

This document constitutes the roadmap for the next five years for the entire Health Insurance – Occupational Risks network, which consists of Carsat (Retirement and Occupational Health Insurance Funds), Cramif (Regional Health Insurance Fund of Île-de-France), CPAM (Primary Health Insurance Funds) , CGSS (General Social Security Funds) and regional directorates of medical services for social security organizations, INRS (National Institute for Research and Security) and Eurogip (a public interest group representing the sector and working on health and safety at work at European and international level ).

Third axis in the agreement on goals and means for Health Insurance – Professional risks: strengthening the offer of online services for companies via digital tools and the company account. “Customer listening systems will also be developed, as well as the capacity of the AT-MP department to deliver attentive service offerings adapted to the heterogeneity of the business landscape (VSEs, auditors, major accounts, etc.)”explains the organization.
