DESSERT: Easy and quick carrot cake

  • 275 g grated carrots

  • 4 eggs

  • 200 g brown sugar

  • 275 g wheat flour

  • 30 cl sunflower oil

  • 2 tbsp. baking soda

  • 3 tbsp. ground cinnamon

  • 1 C. teaspoon liquid vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp. teaspoon of powdered ginger

  • 50 g pumpkin seeds

  • 10 g of butter for the mold
