If mergers and acquisitions and tax law represent the cement of Viajuris’ activity, the firm has developed a global offer with expertise in labor law, contract law and new technologies, business litigation and IPOs (via its Parisian partner Leexelians) nationally and internationally.
In four years, Viajuris has doubled in size and has 55 employees, including 10 partners (30 in Saint-Etienne, the firm’s home town, and 25 in Lyon). Offices at Roanne, in Le Puy-en-Velay and recently Paris flesh out this firm which wishes to maintain a human scale.

Viajuris’ tax law/asset tax department has just welcomed Gilles Coumert as a new partner. The latter notably worked for CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon and thus joins Karen Babin-Villeroux, associate lawyer, and Thibaut Lagnier, lawyer within this division.
