Small ice cubes
Located near the Saint-Pierre market, in the city center, The little ice cubes offer artisanal ice creams and sorbets with seasonal fruits. For ecological purposes, the ice creams are produced in a laboratory 500 m from the store. Among the many varieties on offer, the RVA editors chose: raspberry, cherry, chocolate and straccia coconut.
To Félicia, our journalist, ice creams Small ice cubes are very good because we feel the taste and freshness of the fruits. It’s a real favorite for Félicia, who loved the raspberry ice cream. Same story for Xavier, journalist at RVA, who was pleasantly surprised by his straccia coconut ball. A mix of stracciatella and coconut with lots of chunks.

The spoon cabinet
Located in the center of Clermont-Ferrand, The spoon cabinet offers brunch, desserts and chocolate drinks. But this summer, the store also offers ice cream. Among them, we chose: wine peach, lavender-honey, banana-caramel-pecan and almond milk.
According to Éloïse, head of communications for RVA, ice is The spoon cabinet are very good. Especially almond milk ice cream, our communications manager’s favorite. For her this is the first time, because she had never tried it before.

Nemosso’s coffee
Located on Place de la Victoire Nemosso’s Cafe offers several varieties of ice cream, some of which are prepared in Auvergne with local products. Among them we chose: mango, blueberry and peanut-hazelnut. Félicia and Éloïse chose it as a cone, unlike Xavier, our journalist, who stayed on a pot. The latter was very pleased with the blueberry ice cream, very fruity and refreshing.

Yo & Co
Located on Place de Jaude, this brand offers yogurt ice cream, waffles, etc. The editors tried the only vegan ice cream the brand offers: watermelon ice cream. Our three amateur testers were pleasantly surprised by this dairy-free ice cream. The taste was similar to non-vegan ice cream and the watermelon stood out enough to refresh their taste buds.
