Firmin’s neighbor in Wondelgem obviously couldn’t bear to hear his dog barking anymore. The animal, a German shepherd, prevented him from sleeping and he did not hesitate to let it be known on Tuesday. At first, the discussion seemed quiet when suddenly, everything changed.
“Christel and I went to take some air in our common garden, when we suddenly came across our neighbour, a man of around 35 years old. At first he was friendly, but soon became aggressive. He rushed towards Christel and pushed her violently against the ground. Then he rushed towards me, but what he did then, I had never experienced before,” Firmin told HLN.
And indeed, said neighbor did not find better than to bite the ring finger of the Belgian. He tore off a piece… of 1.2 centimeters! Alerted, the police arrested the 30-year-old. Firmin does not intend to stop there and wants to put a lawyer on the case.
