Étienne Richon favored innovative materials and ” as much as possible ” eco-friendly. He also called on local companies: Forteix de Soyaux (placo, plumbing, electricity), Atelier Décor d’Angoulême for the floor, Monochrome, also in Angoulême, for the paint and Blomkal de Gond-Pontouvre for the layout.
