The Boulonnais François Théron, at the head of the restaurant Passions à table, offers an easy to make dessert recipe for Father’s Day. This apricot gratin can be made in less than thirty minutes. Here is the step-by-step recipe.

This recipe for fresh apricot gratin is very easy to make. You can also use the seasonal fruits of your choice (apples, currants, etc.)

In a container, beat the 4 eggs, add the ingredients (caster sugar, almond powder, liquid cream, vanilla sugar). Whisk well and add the melted butter at the end.

Cut per person, 1.5 apricots into 1 cm strips per dish and arrange them in the shape of flowers.

You can add a raspberry in the middle. Then, place a few spoonfuls of the mixture on the apricots.

Put in the oven at 170º for 10 minutes.

Serve the gratin warm and sprinkle lightly with icing sugar.
