Grenier Avocats appoints two partners

Determined to consolidate its expertise in industrial and ethical issues in France and abroad, Grenier Avocats announces the cooptation of Anne-Sophie Lilti and Claire Laporte to the rank of partners within the “Industrial Risks” team. A double association putting into perspective the essential value of this true “law firm”: to grow and promote its talents internally.

Founded in 2011 by Patrice Grenier, a well-known personality in France and abroad, the Grenier Avocats firm has been closely assisting industrial groups for more than 15 years (from fields as diverse as armaments, automotive, construction materials, construction, transport infrastructure engineering, energy or even the food industry), insurance and reinsurance companies as well as insurance brokers on their industrial and ethical issues.

With now five lawyers dedicated to this practice, in connection with more than 50 correspondents established in particular in the United States, Asia or Africa, the strength of the firm lies in the constitution of operational teams.

It is in this international environment that Anne-Sophie Lilti and Claire Laporte become partners in the “Industrial Risks” team. Two experts who have the ambition to offer their clients practical, personalized and long-term support, going beyond their primary defense mission.

Thanks to their years of experience as executive advisors, they have developed real know-how in supporting companies, whether SMEs/ETIs or large French or international groups. Two profiles dedicated to the same issue: corporate industrial risk and business litigation, particularly in terms of construction and environmental issues for Claire Laporte and support for industrial groups and their subsidiaries in their transnational litigation for Anne-Sophie Lilti .

In both French and English, Anne-Sophie Lilti works on industrial issues in sectors such as energy or health products. She has also developed recognized expertise in alternative dispute resolution methods. For her part, Claire Laporte has acquired in-depth knowledge of the automotive market as well as solid skills in environmental issues (soil pollution, asbestos, photovoltaic panels) and digital issues (cybersecurity).

“Strengthening my current sectoral expertise, particularly in terms of asbestos and health products, but also developing the firm’s clientele, these are my two main objectives, not to mention my desire to develop a new offer to the firm around collaborative law” , emphasizes Anne-Sophie Lilti.

An enthusiasm shared by Claire Laporte, whose primary objective as a partner is to “continue to meet the expectations of its current clients while anticipating for them the constantly reinforced constraints of the regulatory environment (personal data, cybersecurity, sustainable development, etc.).

For Patrice Grenier, founder of this law firm, “this double cooptation marks my desire to broaden the firm’s geographical scope of intervention and increase its areas of activity. Pugnacious, attentive, loyal and enthusiastic, these two experts will be able to elevate the firm ever higher while continuing to accompany their clients with high standards”.
