On Sunday, at 7:30 p.m., a man from Flémalle and born in the late 1950s was deprived of his liberty in Flémalle for acts of threat, indicated the Liège prosecutor’s office. Earlier, the suspect ran over a cat under the gaze of its owners since the facts occurred in front of their home. The driver then stopped his vehicle a few meters higher. The suspect was referred Monday morning to the Liège prosecutor’s office for threatening by gesture. He denies the facts of threat and denies having used a knife. However, a switchblade knife, which matches the description provided by the victim, was found in the passenger compartment of his vehicle.
