Justine Bramard and Olivia Heilpern open Avril Avocats

After practicing in several national firms, notably Fiducial Legal By Lamy where they met, Olivia Heilpern and Justine Bramard decided to combine their skills by joining forces and creating their own structure.

Avril Avocats has thus just been set up in Lyon with the aim of supporting companies in all matters relating to business law and labor law. “The objective is to offer our customers (VSEs, SMEs, large groups, etc.) a gateway to be able to respond to all the issues they face in their day-to-day business”, explains Olivia Heilpern.

A combination of social law and business law seemed ideal to us to meet their needs. » For the launch of their firm, the two lawyers rely on its human size which allows them to implement a tailor-made approach, closer to the leaders. “What we have seen with our clients is a strong demand for a return to a form of legal craftsmanship with significant responsiveness, a personalized and pragmatic response”continues Olivia Heilpern.

International mobility

The two lawyers, who act both in counsel and in litigation, are also developing a specialization in terms of international mobility. Objective: to support companies wishing to set up in France or those wishing to export.

Composed today of the two founders, the team of Avril Avocats, located rue Servient very close to the judicial court of Lyon in the 3e district, could eventually expand. “Of course, our structure is intended to grow, but we are looking for an evolution that is in line with what we are launching today. explains Justine Bramard.

“We could complete our offer over the years, by adding colleagues who share our vision of the profession and of customer support”, concludes Justine Bramard.
