LPA-CGR lawyers accompanied Primonial REIM as part of the sale of Amundi’s head office located at 91-93 boulevard Pasteur in 15e arrondissement in Paris, for a value of 484 million euros to Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL). To date, this is the largest single office transaction of the year.
This office building is located at the foot of Montparnasse station and extends over a total area of more than 39,500 m2 spread over three separate and communicating buildings. The building is fully occupied by Amundi, a company ranked first among asset management companies in Europe, and among the main global players in this sector.
