The information was revealed on Sunday by the English journalist Dave Ockop. Fabinho’s dogs are reportedly blocking the midfielder’s move to Saudi club Al Ittihad. His two pets, French bulldogs, are not allowed to enter the territory of Saudi Arabia. The latter are considered dangerous and aggressive by the local authorities.
Fabinho will have to wait before joining Karim Benzema, N’Golo Kanté or Jota. According to Fabrizio Romano, Saudi Arabian managers are currently negotiating the final details so that the transfer of the midfielder can be completed. During the negotiations, the Brazilian and his wife will be able to find a solution so that their dogs can obtain a dispensation and thus set foot on the soil of the Persian Gulf.

The 29-year-old midfielder is under contract with Liverpool until 2026. Med Red, which he joined in 2018 for 45 million euros, the Brazilian won a Champions League and a Premier League. In five years, he took part in 219 meetings under the orders of Jurgen Klopp.
