At first instance, Philippe Dehapiot was sentenced in April 2021 by the Paris court to three years in prison, including ten months suspended, a fine of 200,000 euros and a ban on exercising his profession for three years for a “complete failure in respect of its reporting and accounting obligations” between 2014 and 2018.
