Aged 43, holder of a DES in Community law obtained in 2004 from the Brussels Institute of European Studies (IEEB), Sophie Cognault has been registered with the Toulouse Bar since 2007. Before joining Simon Associés, Sophie Cognault held the position of Head of the Litigation and Insurance Collection Divisions of the credit institution Capitole Finance – Tofinso Groupe Bancaire BPCE (2016-2021), after having practiced as a lawyer at Lamy Lexel Paris (2007-2009) and A&A Associés Paris (2009-2011), followed by five years in business firms in Toulouse.
