Tailor-made advice based on a global approach

We retained this basic premise by placing ourselves at the heart of the innovation ecosystem, at the time of our launch, and we are making sure to apply it today in each of the areas in which we are developing. “.

With this approach, the firm positions itself alongside its clients to enable them to evolve in the face of a complex legal and regulatory environment. “For example, during our interventions aimed at ensuring compliance with the provisions of the GDPR, we ensure that our advice always takes into account the user experience and the client’s marketing requirements”, explains Alan Walter. .

And Carine Cohen continues: “In terms of labor law, we alert companies to the need to be proactive when it comes to negotiating collective agreements or setting up mandatory compliance systems, to be in phase with the evolution of the subjects of the moment. This is the case for everything that currently relates to issues of whistleblower protection systems, or even in terms of gender equality in the workplace. “.
