The detention of the interpreter of Slime according to Steele would be under unfair circumstances. So far, Jeff did not receive any evidence, on the pretext that he “must wait for the appointment of a lawyer for his co-defendants”. Thus, the trial of Thugga originally scheduled for January, was postponed in March by the court under instruction from the prosecutors.
“This Honorable Court must intervene to prevent this injustice” had declared Mr. Steele. “It is unacceptable that the prosecutor’s office did not inform the judicial system of the need for a lawyer, before the filing of the indictment” he added.
The outrage of brian occurs while Gunna was denied bail Thursday, October 13. During the proceedings, the prosecution cited the potential intimidation of witnesses as the reason for denying its motion.
