They trained at the hotel school in Le Gosier… And today they are chefs in major Parisian restaurants, or for major events. Their names are Xavier Pistol and Jonathan Durimel and they were at work last night, Saturday August 6, in a large restaurant in Guadeloupe, in order to show their talents, accompanied by another Guadeloupean, Jean-Rony Leriche, him, formed in France.
These three young chefs, in their thirties, invited Guadeloupeans to come and discover the delicacy and creativity of their dishes specially prepared for the occasion. 70 guests were able to taste the refined dishes of the chefs. On the menu: local and organic products.

It is therefore Guadeloupe that wins, for Chantal Urbino who was the teacher of Xavier Pistol and Jonathan Durimel. A winning return.

But it is above all a concrete objective: to give the opportunity to young people from Guadeloupe to come and express their talents on their land. An initiative that will surely return next year.
