(Boursier.com) — ADP Group notes the announcement today of the purchase of an additional 2.5% of the capital of Groupe ADP by Crédit Agricole Assurances, via the subsidiary Predica, from the Royal Schiphol Group.

After settlement delivery, the transaction will bring Crédit Agricole Assurance’s total ownership stake in Groupe ADP’s capital to 7.73%.

It is also recalled that Crédit Agricole Assurances has a seat on the board of Groupe ADP.

This transaction is part of the process of orderly sale of the 8% cross shareholdings held by Aéroports de Paris and Royal Schiphol Group respectively. It is recalled that this process is organized between the parties in such a way that it takes place on one or more occasions and until 30 May 2023 at the latest.
