The man had whom Cédric Jubillar would have cashed in on his release in exchange for information in the Jubillar file … This is what the lawyers of the plasterer believe, suspected of having killed his wife, Delphine, in the night from December 15 to 16, 2020.
With new elements, Cédric Jubillar’s lawyers accuse his former co-detainee of having “moneyed for his release”, in exchange for information to justice reveals La Dépêche du Midi. The latter had assured that the plasterer had made several revelations to him about his guilt for the murder of his wife, in particular the place where he would have hidden the body.
The defense points in particular to the fact that ten days before his release, on October 4, the courts had refused a first request for release under judicial supervision, pointing to his “past dangerousness”. Then he will file a request for freedom a few days later, claiming to have sensational revelations on the Jubillar affair. He will finally be released on October 4, 2021, pending another hearing on November 18.
“Curiously, the justice considers, 10 days later, that this man is therefore no longer dangerous, that he has guarantees of representation when he had to be picked up in Portugal during the summer of 2021, on a mandate from ‘European stop’wonder Mare Alexandre Martin, Emmanuelle Franck and Jean-Baptiste Alary, lawyers for Cédric Jubillar.
Charges denied by the prosecution, which ensures that “Marco” did not benefit “of favor in exchange for his deposition”.
