Allianz Partners, a company positioned in B2B2C insurance and mobility solutions, and Iberia extend their existing partnership for three years in 13 markets worldwide
As part of the expanded partnership, Iberia customers residing in thirteen European countries will be offered travel insurance solutions. For residents of other countries, including Latin America, travel protection solutions will be offered in 2023. Protection against travel cancellations and delays, missed connections, premium overseas medical coverage and insurance against loss, theft and damage to luggage are some of the benefits included.
In some countries, customers will also benefit from teleconsultation services and may be covered during travel against diseases such as COVID, including for medical emergencies, mandatory quarantine and denial of boarding due to suspected illness. For added convenience, Allianz Partners provides its clients with telephone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The travel protection offer offered by Allianz Partners is available to Iberia customers when they book their flight ticket on the company’s website, on the mobile application or through Iberia’s call centers.
