A few days later, a first complaint against this Toulouse lawyer arrives in the hands of the police. Five more follow. “A total of six young women, who collaborated with the suspect as an intern or assistant, filed a complaint. And two of them are civil parties”, specifies Samuel Vuelta-Simon, the public prosecutor of Toulouse.

This 52-year-old lawyer is suspected of rape and sexual assault. He was placed in police custody at the end of December in the premises of the departmental directorate of the judicial police (DTPJ). Nearly 30 hours of interrogation during which the suspect denied everything, assisted by Mes Alexandre Martin and Pierre Alfort.
