Jacques Marcon replaces Tabata Mey in the role of coach of Naïs Pirollet

On January 22 and 23, Naïs Pirollet will represent France in the Bocuse d’Or final at SIRHA in Lyon.

Until now, it was Tabata Mey who coached the young chef from Lyon. But the Brazilian is waiting for a happy event and therefore cannot combine her pregnancy with the intensity of the competition.

It is chef Jacques Marcon, son of Régis Marcon with whom he officiates in the kitchen in their restaurant in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid (Loire), who takes over and who will support Naïs Pirollet.
