Born in the wild, to a hunting dog mother wandering in the hills of Limoux, Tom, a 6-month-old puppy, was saved from certain death by the Limoux association “Un chat sans toi”.
The animal suffers from a spinal malformation that paralyzes its hind legs and has so far prevented its adoption.
Despite a grim initial prognosis, this dog, “the desire to live and veterinary osteopathic care allow him to walk, run and not fall”. Even if he does not suffer and reveals a very playful and sociable character, he requires care “every three weeks, representatives 70 € each time”.
Costs borne by the association, to which will be added those of a surgical intervention when Tom has finished growing. The association A cat without a roof, therefore calls for the generosity of everyone to come to the aid of this puppy.
