Sang Hoon Degeimbre takes over the kitchens of a Brussels restaurant from June 23 to 25

Two years of vegetable gastronomy

Restaurant Vertigo opened in 2020, replacing SAN Brussels in the center of Brussels and is also part of the Sang Hoon Degeimbre group. At its head, chef Kevin Perlot defends a cuisine based on nature, where plants are king. Le VerTige is a gourmet vegetarian cuisine that also gives pride of place to fermentations, dear to Sang Hoon. We go there for the Vegetable Menu, or the Discovery Menu, which mixes vegetables and fish… After overcoming the confinements, the restaurant seduces lovers of vegetable cuisine (and others) with its beautiful open kitchen and its team. with little care.

A birthday with 4 hands

To celebrate the 2 years of his restaurant, chef Kevin Perlot has invited Sang Hoon Degeimbre Place Sainte Catherine to join him in the kitchen for an evening. The idea being to concoct together a menu with 4 hands made of emotion and exception. Thus, this Thursday, June 23, the 6-course menu served for the occasion will be composed by the two chefs, as a duo. The opportunity to taste an exceptional ephemeral menu, and to meet two chefs who defend common values. Note that this menu will also be served on June 24 and 25, but the chef of l’Air du Temps** will no longer be present on the other two evenings.
