At the start of the week, the Departmental Directorate for the Protection of Populations ordered the administrative closure of the Amélie Crêpes restaurant in the 2nd arrondissement for “serious breaches of hygiene rules”.
This follows a customer report that resulted in the restaurant being checked by a sworn officer. In question: a lack of cleaning and maintenance of the premises of preparation and storage as well as on various equipment.
“The continuation of the activity of manufacturing and storing foodstuffs under the observed conditions presents a threat to the health of consumers, due to the high probability of contamination (microbiological, chemical, physical) and the risks of intoxication that ensues. result“, can we read in the prefectural decree.
The Amélie Crêpes restaurant will have to keep its doors closed until a new verification by an agent of the Departmental Directorate for the Protection of Populations.
