A first step in the operation, which has now ended, mobilized children and teachers in the area to collect the toys lying dormant in the cupboards. They were then sorted and repaired by the volunteers of Secours populaire, and hope to be adopted for another life during the sale to be held on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 November at the town hall.
The funds collected on this occasion will at least partially finance the last phase of this solidarity operation, which, as every year, will consist of green Santas bringing some warmth and good cheer to children, young people, families and the elderly or isolated, so they can celebrate Christmas and New Year with dignity.
