The Guadeloupe Bar will be headed, from January 1, by Me Josselin Troupé. The current Vice-Bâtonnier has received the approval of his colleagues to become the next President of Guadeloupe.

It was on June 17, 1996 that Josselin Troupé was sworn in, thus joining the bar of Guadeloupe.
26 years later, almost to the day, he was elected by his peers to become, in a few months, their new President.

He will thus succeed Me Tania Bangou, who has assumed this position of President of the Bar Association of Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, since January 1, 2021.

For the time being, Me Josselin Troupé has been Vice-Bâtonnier of the order, also since January 1, 2021.

The profession has also appointed Me Jean-Nicolas Gonand, today, as Vice-Bâtonnier, for the next term of office 2023-2024.
