Port-Sea, “It’s a paradise on earth”, describes Marine Roellinger, director of the Maisons de Bricourt (1). It is here, in this pretty cove, a stone’s throw from Cancale, that the Roellinger family has chosen to open a new restaurant, by buying the restaurant Le Cap Chausey from skipper Benjamin Hardouin in May 2021.
Previously, the establishment was called La Godille and was run by the Delanoë couple. An institution, known to locals for its grilled langoustine. A dish that now appears on the menu of the Bistrot de Cancale, in homage to the history of the place.
