SPB and Societe Generale Assurances join forces with Krys

Broker SPB and bancassurance company Société Générale Assurances have teamed up with Krys Group to offer optical insurance. Without a claim arising, it enables the customer in particular to collect all his contributions.

The French optical giant Krys Group has invited the broker SPB and Société Générale Assurances to develop the offer “Cross With You” (launched in 2016), by including insurance when selling optical or solar equipment.

This is an insurance guarantee that covers breakage, theft and integrated loss. This affinity insurance is offered in the purchase process and includes the electronic signature. In the event of a claim, the customer can benefit from the repair or replacement of his optical equipment without the excess of the first claim. “This new offer combines Krys Group’s customer-centric approach, the API technology carried by SPB and the insurance coverage managed by Société Générale Assurances at a reduced price”we can read in a press release.

Above all, this combined offer is meant to be “responsible” as if the customer has not declared any claim under his insurance cover, he will recover all contributions paid after 24 months, “ in the form of a voucher offered by Krys, valid on the rest of his next optical or solar equipment, at his optician Krys »specifies the press release accordingly.
